Who controls the data
For case records and rosters loaded into a workspace, the subscribing organisation is the controller and Pregus acts as processor on its instructions. For account and billing information, Pregus is the controller.
What we collect
Account identity (name, access key, role, contact details supplied by the user), workspace activity (searches run, records linked, reports submitted, approvals), payout details entered by the operator, and technical logs such as timestamps and session metadata.
How it is used
To operate the workspace, route and review work, calculate and settle payouts, maintain the audit trail, provide support, and detect fraud or misuse.
Case data supplied by customers
Rosters and case files are visible only to authorised roles inside that organisation's workspace. Pregus staff access customer case data only when required for support or incident handling, and that access is logged.
Subprocessors
Pregus uses managed cloud hosting and database infrastructure to run the service. A current subprocessor list is available to customers on request from compliance@pregus.online.
Retention
Approved reports and their audit entries are retained for the period agreed with the customer organisation. Account records are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and financial obligations.
Cookies
The portal uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep a signed-in session and remember workspace preferences. It does not run advertising trackers.
Your rights and requests
Operators should raise access, correction or deletion requests with their own organisation's administrator first, since that organisation controls the case data. Requests can also be sent to compliance@pregus.online.
Security
Access is role-based, activity is logged, and each workspace is served on its own corporate subdomain. See the Security page for the full control list.
