Controls that make distributed data work defensible.

This page is maintained by Pregus Technologies Inc. to answer common security and privacy questions about the Pregus platform. It describes controls available in the product today - it is not an independent certification or audit report.

Secure data centre corridor

Role-based access control

Operators see only the datasets, queues and cases assigned to their organisational role. Review, payout and administration functions live in a separate console.

Audit trail

Every record searched, modified, linked or exported is stamped with the acting credential, timestamp and session metadata.

Domain isolation

Portal access is served on your own corporate subdomain, keeping each customer's workspace and sign-in surface separate.

Credential lifecycle

Administrators issue an identity and access key; the operator sets their own password. Keys can be verified, suspended, reinstated or permanently revoked.

Managed hosting

Workspaces run on managed cloud infrastructure with encrypted transport and managed database backups.

Abuse handling

Suspected fraudulent entries or unauthorised access are triaged through a documented escalation path with account-level containment.

Shared responsibility

Pregus provides

Platform controls, hosting, access-key infrastructure, audit logging and product security maintenance.

Your organisation controls

Who is issued access, role assignment, which datasets are loaded, retention choices and internal review policy.

Operators are responsible for

Keeping their access key and password private, and filing accurate, evidence-backed case work.
