Terms of Service

By provisioning a workspace or signing in with an access key, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent. Where a signed enterprise agreement exists, that agreement prevails over anything stated here.

Access keys are issued by your organisation's administrator and are personal to the individual they identify. Sharing, reselling or transferring a key is prohibited. You are responsible for activity carried out under credentials issued to your people.

The platform may not be used to submit fabricated records, misrepresent identity, access datasets outside an assigned role, scrape source systems beyond agreed limits, or attempt to circumvent review and approval controls.

Your organisation retains ownership of the data it loads. Pregus processes that data to operate the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and any data processing terms in your contract.

Subscription fees are per seat and billed as stated on the pricing page or in your contract. Operator payouts accrue as pending amounts and are released only after the reviewing desk approves the underlying report. Rejected work does not accrue payment.

Accounts may be suspended immediately where fraud, unauthorised access or a material breach is suspected, pending investigation. Organisations may terminate in accordance with their contract term.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Availability commitments and support response windows apply only where a written SLA forms part of your contract.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability caps, warranties and indemnities are set out in your enterprise agreement.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Material changes are communicated to workspace administrators before they take effect.
